Delete your ERPesque account

ERPesque is operated by Attatva Systems. You can delete your account yourself at any time, or ask us to do it.

Option 1: in the app or on the web

1. Sign in to the ERPesque Android app, or on the web at this site.
2. Open Settings → Account settings.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: ask us by email

Email attatvasystems@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my ERPesque account” and your organization code. We will confirm the request came from you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Right away: your email address, password, sign-in sessions, push notification tokens, Telegram link, preferences and notifications.
• If you were your organization's only member: the organization is closed, and its business records are deleted within 90 days.

What is kept

If other people still use your organization, the business records you created (such as invoices, payments and stock entries) stay with the organization, because they are part of its books. They are no longer linked to your email or name. If you are the organization's last administrator, make another member an administrator before deleting your account.
